Hello!

Thank you for being here!

Please make yourself at home in my little corner of the internet.

I'm Kim!

I am a registered Naturopathic Doctor (Ontario, Canada), Full-Spectrum Doula, and Integrative Reproductive Healthcare Provider. (I use ‘she, her, hers’ pronouns).

I am on a mission to share empowering health information and deliver transformative integrative healthcare to people navigating their reproductive health journey and learning how to be their best selves.

All learners are welcome

Why Naturopathic Medicine?

I strongly believe in the role of the doctor as a health educator and facilitator, and what a privilege to be able to do just that. The philosophies of Naturopathic Medicine are what I strive to embody in my work of preventing illness, promoting wellness, and encouraging the body’s natural ability to heal.

I aim to provide people with the right information and resources for the betterment of their health. I dedicate my time to helping people realize the incredible capacity of the body to heal and thrive especially when nurtured with good nutrition, movement, ample integrative care, informed health choices, and love and human connection.

What a better way to realize this than through reclaiming your fertility and reproductive health!

Why focus on reproductive & sexual health?

I talk about reproductive and sexual health a lot because I believe in the bigger role of body and fertility literacy in changing our community.

Learning about your reproductive health is more than just being able to track your cycles, figuring out when you ovulate, avoiding pregnancy, and mastering your hormone knowledge. It is an act of resistance to generations of suppression of your power to care for yourself and your community.

Knowledge is power. You deserve to have that power.

Educating yourself about your reproductive health is a small but mighty step in changing our society for the better.

You become aware of your body, your stressors and triggers, your relationships, your environment, and your community.

You question and advocate for yourself and for others.

You can make a change.

I would be honored to help you!
