What does a virtual appointment look like? [VIDEO]

A virtual visit is an appointment done via a live video conference/chat. All aspects of the visit are similar to an in-person appointment (i.e. you are still able to discuss and go over your concerns, receive a health assessment and customized treatment plan), but you can hold it in the comfort of your own home or wherever is most convenient for you at the appointment time (as long as you are located in Ontario).

Check out my YouTube video below for a walkthrough of what to expect in a virtual appointment.
